We start a new teaching series looking deeply into the story of the prodigal son from Luke 15. Here we investigate the first half of the story that deals with the younger son who ran away. In a world where we so often thing that God's love and blessing follows performance and accomplishment, Jesus tells us that our value to the father doesn't come from these things. It doesn't matter who we are or what we've done, we are welcome home.
